About Us

Exacta Packaging Designs was originally founded in 1996 where we manufactured custom steel rule cutting dies and performed laser cutting services.

In 2004 we purchased additional equipment to waterjet cut and abrasive waterjet cut and began cutting various materials from foam and rubber to aluminum, steel, stone, tile, and bullet proof glass.

In mid 2007 we expanded on our abrasive waterjet cutting business by purchasing specialized equipment purpose built to glue mount tile into virtually any pattern. The mesh-mounting equipment can glue mount precut tile to either a perforated paper backing or a fiberglass mesh. As this part of our business began to grow we researched ways to improve our processes and expand upon our current capabilities.

In August 2009 we took delivery of special made equipment to expand our offering to the tile and stone industries. This new equipment allows us the ability to cut stone and tile to various shapes and sizes, tumble them, and them mesh-mount them in a very efficient manner with very high quality standards. Part of this expansion included a totally contained water treatment plant to clean our process water. This "Green" process emits nothing to the atmosphere and sends no waste water to the city sewer.
